1 Chronicles 16:23 (KJV)  Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation. 

The call for all the earth to sing unto the LORD is a truly befitting call to all the earth. It is the LORD who is sustaining and keeping His creation.

To sing is not only to acknowledge our LORD but to rejoice that He is our LORD. Having received of the LORD His great goodness, it is therefore most natural to do so.

Out of all of God’s creation, it is God’s people who are most privileged because they are saved. In Him is our salvation, through Him comes our daily bread. It is therefore most befitting to sing unto the LORD. Amen.
