Isaiah 52:7 (KJV)  How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! 

Isaiah speaks of the evangelist who preach the gospel, publisheth peace because sins are dealt with in Christ and the good life of being reconciled to God through Christ. He publisheth salvation.

Those weary feet upon the mountains that brings refreshment to weary souls were described as “beautiful”. Because the mission of God is accomplished through the feet of these consecrated ones.

The evangelist says to God’s people at Zion, where God dwells with His people, “Thy God reigneth!” God’s people having received such goodness of the God ought therefore to give thanks. Amen.
